Hanoi will host the inaugural Vietnamese edition of GITEX, the world’s largest tech event, in October 2026. The expansion follows a partnership between KAOUN International and Vietnam’s National Innovation Center, aiming to unlock cross-continental collaboration in Vietnam’s rapidly growing tech ecosystem.

The event, organized by Dubai World Trade Centre and KAOUN International, is expected to catalyze Vietnam’s digital economy, estimated at US$200 billion. This strategic move positions Vietnam as a key player in global tech innovation, with GITEX serving as a bridge for market access, capital flows, and talent exchange.
